  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Note: During high-volume periods (promotions, holidays, or product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Delays or Issues

While we do our best to deliver on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow 2–3 extra business days before contacting support.


🧾 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you enter an incorrect address:

  • If the package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, a reshipping fee will apply.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

GAINZ is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
